William Joseph Thofield passed away on May 31, 2023.
William was born on September 27, 2001, in Gulfport, Mississippi to William Thofield and DeAngela Flowers.
He was always a happy child who loved God and making friends. He never met a stranger and always wanted to put a smile on your face. William loved all sports, but powerlifting became his passion. He is the Gulfport High State powerlifting champion of 2020. He graduated high school on the 25th of May in 2021. He worked as a skilled painter for the family business.
He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents; Earl and Jeraldine Thoefield; and his maternal grandparents; Theodore and Leretta Flowers.
He is survived by his father, William Thofield, his mother, DeAngela Flowers; his two sisters, Ariel Thofield and Asia Simmons; his two nieces, Genesis and Gianna Simmons; and a host of uncles, aunts and cousins
