Tyrone Jefferson was born in Gulfport, Ms on April 11th, 1954 to the Late Wilbur and Blondeva Jefferson of Gulfport, MS. He is also preceded in death by his sister Gayle "Puddin" Jefferson-Crosby and his daughter Blondeva Somone' Jefferson. He attended Gulfport High School and graduated in 1972.  He started his career with Halls Electric Company then later started along with his dad their own company Starr Electric Heating and Air, where he was well known throughout the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

He never met a stranger, he was a man of many trades including carpentry, photography, and grilling. He had the love of many many gadgets. He absolutely loved spending time and enjoying his grandkids. As they will say "If Papa Can't fix it No One Can" Papa fixed everything.

His memories will be forever treasured by his wife Wanda Jefferson of Gulfport, Ms. One son Mitchell (Beverly) Jefferson of Gulfport, MS; 4 daughters Catreshia Jefferson- Baggett of Seattle WA; Nateshia Jefferson- Stubbs of Gulfport, MS; Tiffiny Jefferson of Atlanta, Ga; Justice Washington of Gulfport, MS and Jalen Jefferson of Hattiesburg, Ms. He loved his Stepchildren James Brown, Lapronica (Kevin) Taylor, and Ashley Lewis all of Gulfport, MS.  Four brothers Wilbur Jefferson Jr., Anthony Jefferson Sr., Robert (Renee) Jefferson III, Kevin Jefferson; Two Sisters Mae Dolores (McArthur) Chamberlain, and Sylvia Lee all of Gulfport, MS. 15 grandchildren, 5 great-grands. One Godson Mark Lee Jr. of California. A Loving Uncle he adored Uncle Robert Jefferson Jr. of Picayune, Ms. He had 2 Trusted friends Councilman Kenny "Truck" Casey and Constable Alan "Duck" Weatherford, and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and close friends.
