Teraye Dominique Preston, 18, was born January 22, 2003, in Gulfport, Mississippi to Kendrick R. Tillman and Terry Ray Preston. He departed this life, Tuesday, April 20, 2021.

The smile- As an infant, Teraye was a chubby little boy who was always smiling. As he grew and became a young man, the smile remained, brightening up the gloomiest of days. Teraye was a kind and gentle soul. He had such a laid-back personality. Teraye attended Gulfport High School and possessed a natural gift of the arts. He was an amazing artist and could draw anything solely by looking at a picture. Teraye's favorite subjects to draw were vintage cars, he also had a love for basketball. Though Teraye's departure from our lives was unexpected, we remain grateful for having been able to journey through life with such an amazing soul. Our farewell to you-

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Johnnie Price; his baby brother Amari Syncere Magee.

Tillman; his dad, Terry Ray Preston (Treasa); his step-mother, Charlette (Red) Sims; his step-father, Jarian Wells; his grandmother, Linda Preston; his grandfather, Joseph H. Tillman, Jr.; his MawMaw and PawPaw, Eula and Thomas Clayton; his loving, devoted, and caring sister, Raven Holmes, with whom he lived with; siblings, Brent Jones, Jordaan Tillman, Jarianne Wells, Christian Tillman, Amilli Magee Terry Preston, Jr., Amani Magee, Terry Preston, Jr., Nichelle Preston, Shanteria Preston, Salah Harris, Terryionna Anders, Isavian Preston, Terryanna Hargrove, Terrick Hargrove, Seneequia Conerly, Cha Zavian Sims; his aunt Melissa Tillman and Dominique Washington, whose middle name he shares and a host of other relatives and many friends.
