Obituary

Tamera Cole Parker was born February 7, 1966 in Canton Mississippi, to the late Mozie Lee Cole and the late Mary James Williams Cole. Mrs. Parker has been a resident of Gulfport, Mississippi for over 30 years. She was a faithful member of Grace Temple Baptist Church, Gulfport, Mississippi, where she served as a Minister and worked with the Women's and Educational Ministries. Mrs. Parker will be remembered for her loving and humble ways. She was such an easy-going person that never met a stranger. She was a praying woman who walked in truth and never had a problem gracefully correcting someone who was out of line. She enjoyed spending her free time traveling and spending time with her friends and family. Mrs. Parker loved her grandson Braylon with everything in her and she showed him the love as often as she could. To know Mrs. Tamera Cole Parker was to love her.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Johnny Lee Parker; father, Mozie Lee Cole; mother, Mary James Williams Cole; one brother Taronta Cole Sr.; one uncle, Edward Cole Sr.; two aunts, Johnnie Mae Cole, Onie Lee Powell; two cousins, Debra Powell, Josie Minor.

She leaves to cherish her memory, two sons, Tagameon (Jessica DeBose) Cole, Caleb (Renee Foerg) Cole, both of Gulfport, Mississippi; five aunts, Myrtle (James) Taylor, Doris Cole, Delores Randle, Linda Lott, Pearl Hurdle; three uncles, Joseph (Joyce) Cole, Bobby (Leola) Cole, Deion (Gloria) Cole; nieces, Tamekia Nichols, Gabrielle Cole; nephews, Ricardo Otis, Taronta (Deshay) Cole Jr.; one grandson, Braylon Cole; Goddaughter, Karleshia (Orlando) Goss; Nicks Law Firm Family and a host of other family members and friends.
