Sedrick McCord of Gulfport, MS was born on July 13,1993 at Gulfport Memorial Hospital. Sedrick departed this life on Saturday, January 1, 2022 at Memorial Hospital while surrounded by family and friends. At an early age, Sedrick joined Little Rock Baptist Church and was raised in the Gaston Point Community.

Sedrick received his diploma, November 8, 2011, after attending IRD Gulf Coast CLIMB youth build program. Over the years, Sedrick worked at Riverside Auto detailing cars in which he loved doing with a smile, showing off that gold.

After leaving Riverside Auto, he became employed at ABC rentals where he was currently employed at the time of his departure.

Sedrick leaves to cherish his loving memory, his mother, Joycelyn McCord (Darryl Holloway) of Gulfport, MS; his father, Joshua Pearson of Collins, MS; Grandfather, Robert McCord Sr. of Gulfport, MS; Grandmother, Luvene McKines of Collins, MS; Mother of his only child, Denisha Williams; his daughter, Sanayah McCord of Gulfport, MS; two brothers, Dyvonne McCord of Gulfport, MS and Eric Pearson of Hattiesburg, MS; two sisters, Erica Pearson of Hattiesburg, MS and Konteyanna Pearson of Collins, MS.

Sedrick had such a special bond and leaves his loving memories with his Godmother, Minister Ju-Kenya Bolden, two god brothers, Kendall Chapman and Kendrick Chapman, all of Gulfport MS; his god sister, Dayjsa Chapman of Los Angeles, CA; a dear friend, Meosha Hawthrone of Gulfport, MS; a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends whom he adored and who adored him.

Sedrick will be missed and never forgotten.
