Ruby Dean Harris was born to the late John A Harris, Sr. and the late Bessie Mae Harris in Gulfport, Mississippi.
Ruby was reared in the Baptist faith and confessed one Lord, one faith, and one baptism for the forgiveness of
sins.
Ruby was a very quiet and loving person. Her compassion and care for those she loved was honest and pure. She
loved being around her family and spending time with them. In her spare time, she could be found curled up
watching movies on television or spending time at the local casinos. Going to the casino was one of her favorite
past times as she loved eating at the buffets. We honor and thank God for the time that He gave us to spend with
Ruby.

She is preceded in death by her parents, John A. Harris, Sr., and Bessie Mae Harris; and one brother, John Harris,
Jr.

Ruby leaves to cherish her loving memories; two brothers, Stephen Harris, and Charles Harris; a sister, Joyce Harris;
one sister-in-law, Wyoma Harris; two nephews, John Harris III and Charles Lee; one niece, Jennifer Harris and
a host of other relatives and friends. She will be greatly missed, and the memories of her life will forever be in our
hearts.
