Roual Edwin Blaylock  was born February 7, 1956  in Detroit, Michigan. He is the son of Mr. James Lonnie Blaylock II and Mrs. Hattie Cushinberry Blaylock.

Roual moved to Gulfport, MS as a child. He attended Gulfport public schools and  graduated from Gulfport High School in 1974.

After graduating, Roual joined the US  Army where he served until he was honorably discharged. Roual will be missed dearly by his  family, friends, and loved ones.

He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife Deena Blaylock and two brothers, James and David Blaylock.

Roual leaves to cherish his loving memories; his children Roual (Mary) Liven, Charmece Blaylock and Shonterll Blaylock; grandchildren, Desiha(Mike) Brown and Jaylon Blaylock; two brothers, Kevin and Milas Blaylock; one sister, Robin Lewis; and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends!
