Reginald Rene Norman "Reggie" was born September 5, 1985, to the late Karla Melancon and Daniel Rene Swanier in Biloxi, Mississippi. On February 28, 2023, he was called home to be with the Lord. Reggie was baptized into the Catholic Faith at a young age.

Reggie enjoyed spending time with his family and friends always making memories during gatherings. Reggie was a Graduate of the Class of 2002 Challenge Academy of Hattiesburg, MS. He continued his career path by joining the United States Navy. Reggie was a very hands-on person always fixing and building things around the house.

Reggie was preceded in death by his Grandfathers Jimmie Norman and Daniel Joseph Swanier.

Reggie leaves to cherish his kind and loving memory Grandmothers Maternal-Trellis Norman (Pass Christian, MS) and Paternal- Dorothy Swanier of (Delisle, MS); five children Cloey, Kendall, Heavenly, Landon, and Bryson all of (Pass Christian, MS); two sisters Jessica Melancon of (Pass Christian, MS) and Ashyra Swanier of (Gulfport, MS). Two nieces Ensley Grace and Kinsley Marie; Three nephews Emerson, Josiah, and Caiden Rene; Nine Aunts Karen, Robin, Nyoakee, Peggy, Rachel, Ashley, Devon, Angela and Marqueda; One Uncle Vincent Swanier. A host of Great Aunts & Uncles, Cousins, and friends. A special friend Kirby Hamilton.
