Mrs. Ozella Johnson Causey, 69, of Long Beach, Mississippi, departed this life on Monday, November 10, 2018. A native of Sandy Hook, Mississippi, Mrs. Causey relocated to the Mississippi Gulf Coast where she made her home and resided for over 40 years. She was a member of First Christian Church, Gulfport, MS. Mrs. Causey was employed as a Seamstress for Sears & Roebuck for many years before retirement. Mrs. Causey will be missed dearly by all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Geraldine Barnes Johnson and Mervis Johnson, Sr.; one brother, Tom Johnson.

She leaves to cherish her memory her beloved husband, James Causey; two sons, Patrick McKinney, Steven McKinney; one daughter, Nuesha "Nikki" McKinney; three brothers, Mervis Johnson, Jr, Dwight (Denise) Johnson, Sr., Paul (Catherine) Johnson; seven sisters, Rosella Pittman, Barbara (Norbert) Peiker, Joann Conerly, Janice Simmons, Lenoria (Gary) Hollimon, Bernadean Johnson Weary, Sheila Johnson; six grandchildren, Alishia, Wesley, Tayla, Ashton, Chelsea, Layla; two great grandchildren, Makayla, Jayden and a host of relatives and friends.
