Norris A. Morris was born on January 3, 1996, in Gulfport, MS to Gloria Howell-El and Norris A. Morris, Sr.

Norris attended West Harrison Central High School and was a beloved student and friend to may. He had a love for an array of sports, but football and basketball were his favorites. His beloved father placed a ball in his hands as soon as he was able to hold one. He played football as a child and had a skillset to play any position on the field. He was sometimes the youngest on the field but handled himself as well as the older children. His dad was both his coach and mentor on and off the field, and on game nights he shined.

Norris was employed at Jindal Tubular in Bay St. Louis, MS, where he was a dedicated employee. He took pride in any job that he did, as was loved by his co-workers.

Norris was a man of style and fashion, something that he inherited from both of his parents. He loved his family, especially his children. Norris had a special bond with his parents that was undeniable.

Norris was called home on Tuesday, September 12, 2023, in Gulfport, MS at the age of 27.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Ezzie Morris; maternal grandmother, Dorothy Brown; and maternal grandfather, Morris L. Brown, Jr.

He leaves to cherish his memories; three daughters, Makenzie Dedeaux, Ma'Kyah Morris and Ma'Riyah Morris; one son, Norris Morris III; his loving mother, Gloria (Daryl) Howell-El; loving father, Norris Morris, Sr; one grandmother, Suzie Dickerson; four sisters, Promatavis (Bruce) Reed, Crystal Howard, Alana (Aaron) Knight, and Alexis Morris; five brothers, Ewarn Brown III, Andre Dickerson, Tobias (Brittany) Morris, Cameron Morris and Matthew Morris, and a host of uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces and friends.
