Mary Grace was born on September 12, 1940, to the union of Earnest and Willie Ann Williams in Newton, MS. Mary Grace graduated from Pilate High school. On April 2, 1962, she married Robert Walker and was blessed with three children.

Mary Grace gave her life to the lord at an early age. She was a faithful member of Faith Missionary Baptist Church of Gulfport, where she taught Sunday School, sang in the choir, ushered and served in pastoral care.

Mary Grace loved going to church, family, friends, sewing, gardening and shopping. Mary Grace was always willing to help out anybody in need.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents, Earnest and Willie Ann Williams; her husband Robert Walker; her sisters, Eugenia Stroud and Melie Seymour; and a brother; George Williams.

Mary Grace leaves to cherish her memory, two sons: Derrick (Michelle) Walker of Butler, AL, Robert (Keshia) Walker of Biloxi, MS and one daughter, Sophia (Reginald) Cozart of Gulfport, MS; Grandchildren: Courtney Lynne, Tyler, Jousha, Tajh, Reginald Jr. and Tariq; Sisters: Dorothy Covington of Gulfport, MS, Pennie Catron of Cincinnati, OH, Susie Buckley of Chicago, IL and Linda Hobbs of Chicago, IL, special friend Eddie Williams and a host of nieces and nephews and other family and friends who have held a very special place in her heart.
