Mrs. Lisa Marie Sylvester, 52, of Gulfport, Mississippi departed this life, Thursday September 26, 2019. Lisa, was a 1984 graduate of Rockland High School, Boston Massachusetts. She attended college and afterwards moved back to Rhode Island. Later in life, Lisa moved to Mississippi where she has been for over 25 years.

Lisa was a loving and charismatic person. She possessed such a sarcastic personality that kept everyone on their toes. Lisa loved to joke! She enjoyed the outdoors and animals, especially her cat, "Sparky". Lisa was like none other and to know her was to love her. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her, but her family, friends, and loved ones will forever cherish the love and joy that she brought to their lives.
She is preceded in death by both parents, Mr. Walter Dexter and Mrs. Jean Ford Dexter; and a brother, Todd Dexter.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, Mr. Edward Earl Hathorne- Gulfport, Mississippi; two sons, Bradley (John) Cruz- New Port, Rhode Island, Myles (Stephanie) Sylvester- Indianapolis, Indiana; three daughters, Christine Cruz- New Port, Rhode Island, Ashley (Danielle Garcia) Sylvester- Jacksonville, Arkansas, Allysa Sylvester- Indianapolis, Indiana; a brother, Kevin Dexter- Nevada; two sisters, Karen Delorey- Massachesetts, Megan Ford- California; 6 grandchildren; other relatives, loved ones and friends.
