Mr. Lee Otis Jackson, Sr., 50 of Gulfport, Mississippi, departed this life, September 11, 2020. He was a member of Riley Chapel United Methodist Church, Gulfport, Mississippi where he was a Trustee. He was a graduate of Harrison Central High School and attended Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College-Perkingston Campus. He also worked for the City of Gulfport for several years.
Leo Otis was a fun-loving man who never met a stranger. He enjoyed talking, cooking and being around family and friends. Often times you would find him helping others for he possessed a heart of charity and would help anyone.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Howard Jackson, Ethel Polke Jackson and three brothers, James Jackson, Percy Jackson, Charles Jackson.
Lee Otis will be most remembered by his loving wife, Kenya Jackson; one son, Lee Otis Jackson, Jr.; five daughters, Cecily Simmons, Tamere Jackson, Jasmyn Jackson, Raven Jackson, Amari Jackson; one brother, Lional Jackson, Sr.; three sisters, Bobbie Bass, Alma Oatis, Brenda Jackson; 7 grandchildren and many relatives and friends.
Visitation: 10AM-11AM, Thursday, September 17, 2020, Lockett Williams Mortuary, Inc.2018 31st Avenue Gulfport, Mississippi Private Funeral and Interment will follow.
