In Loving Memory of Joe Allen Harris Jr.

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Joe Allen Harris Jr., who was born on February 1, 1958, in Flint, MI and transitioned from this life on September 15, 2026, in Gulfport, MS.

Joe’s legacy of quick wit, humor, and playfulness will be carried forward by those who had the pleasure of knowing him. Joe was an avid gambler and a lover of music, especially live music. He passed his love of music on to his children, who, in particular, enjoyed sharing his favorite tunes with him following his stroke.

Joe was preceded in death by his mother, Thelma Payne.

He is survived by his parents Joe Sr. and Barb; his children: Tiffany (Damien), Joe III (Amber), Brittany, Tyler, Ashlyn, and Alyssa; several grandchildren; special and beloved fur grandbabies; his special aunt, Nancy; a brother, Mark Harris and several special stepsisters.

A memorial service will be held at a later date to honor Joe’s life and legacy. 🖤
