Mr. James Augustus Moore, 69, died August 16, 2018, surrounded by family and friends. Mr. Moore was a life long native of Hattiesburg, Mississippi. He was one of three children born to the union of his parents, Mr. Excell Moore and Mrs. Ida Mae Gore Moore. Mr. Moore attended House of The Lord Full Gospel Baptist Church, Hattiesburg. He was an amazing person and to know him was a blessing. Mr. Moore will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his spouse, Mrs. Willie Mae Allison Moore; both parents, Mr. Excell Moore and Mrs. Ida Mae Gore Moore.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his son, Excell (LaTonya) Moore, Memphis, TN; two daughters, Rhonda Moore- Jackson, Madison, AL, Capri (James) Harmon, Baltimore, MD; two brothers, Excell (Brenda) Moore, Jr., Milwaukee, WI, Melvin (Margaret) Redd, Brandon, MS; seven grandchildren, Justin, Amber, Breanna, Mitchell, Ernest, Tia, Andrea; a very special friend, Minnie Gray, Gulfport, MS and a host of extended family members and friends.
