James "Ronnie" Ronald Cain, Sr. passed away peacefully on March 13, 2026, at the age of 73. Born on August 3, 1952, Ronnie grew up in Alabama, which one can imagine made him the die-hard Alabama Crimson Tide fan that he was. Once he completed school, Ronnie spent part of his life serving in the United States Marine Corp, where he demonstrated dedication, honor, and commitment. Ronnie lived a life centered on love, devotion, and family. He was a devoted husband to his beloved wife, Cynthia Ann Cain, with whom he shared 34 wonderful years of marriage. He dedicated his life to her, and even after her passing on October 4, 2006, he continued to carry her love and memory in his heart every day.
Ronnie was a proud and loving father to his two sons, James "Bo" Ronald Cain, Jr. (Deseraie) and Jason William John Cain (Christy). He took great pride in his family and the lives his sons built. He was also a cherished grandfather to seven grandchildren: Maysen, Evan, Emma, Noah, Isaac, Bennett and Lily. His grandchildren brought him immense joy, and he loved each of them dearly. He will be remembered for his unwavering love for his family, his strength, and the legacy he leaves behind. Ronnie will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
