Ms. Dorothy Marie Holloway, 78 entered into her forever home on December 9, 2020 in Gulfport, Mississippi.
Dorothy was a resident of Gulfport, Mississippi for over 30 years. She enjoyed working at The Grand Casino as a Slot Floor Person until she retired. After retiring she could be found sipping her coffee on the porch, reading the newspaper and watching the cars go by. She was a straightforward type person and had no problem letting you know exactly what was on her mind. Some may have considered her straightforwardness as being downright "Bossy" where as others took it for how she showed her love for them. On any given day you could find Dorothy working puzzles and listening to country music. She would also find herself lost in books as she loved to read books by Stephanie Plum and Janet Evanovich.

Dorothy is preceded in death by her father, Perkins Evans, Sr.; mother, Doris Edison Evans; one sister, Callie Mae Goudeau and one brother, Ralph Evans.

She will be greatly missed by her two loving daughters, Audrey Hooks, Angela Holloway; one sister, Bessie R. Pace; four brothers Mark Evans, Perkins Evans, Jr., Reuben Evans, Stanley Evans and two fur grand babies.

Private Services will be scheduled for a later date
