Delbert Harris, 60, of Gulfport, MS departed this life on Thursday, October 30, 2025, surrounded by his loving family.

Delbert was born to Elbert and Mary Ware Harris on May 13, 1965, in Gary, Indiana. At an early age, Delbert was baptized at Cool Spring Missionary Baptist Church in Vicksburg, MS, October of 1980. He was a 1985 graduate of Warren Central High School located in Vicksburg, MS. He proudly drove trucks for 35 years and ended his career working on a Texas pipeline.

Delbert was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Elbert Harris; his wife, Pam Webb Harris; his sister, Patricia Harris; and his brother, Donald Sneed.

Delbert leaves behind three children who will cherish his memories: daughters, Kyra Harris of Pass Christina, MS, Kayla Harris of Starkville, MS; a son, Shameek Webb of Gulfport, MS. Delbert is also survived by his loving and caring sisters, Kathy (Larry) Johnson of Diamondhead, MS, and Lora Harris of Gulfport, MS. His grandchildren, Amelia Munger and Zylar Riley; uncle and aunt who raised him, Essie and Doretha Sneed of Vicksburg, MS; aunts, Alma (Shelby) Phillips, Helen Toombs of Atlanta, GA and Pearlie Acuma of California; two uncles, Melvin and George Ware of Vicksburg, MS, along with a host of nieces and nephews, other relatives, family and friends.
