Obituary

I, Carla Denise Joseph, was born on April 6, 1966, to my parents, the late Mrs. Zola Mae Broach and Mr. Washington Joseph Jr., in Gulfport, MS. I was a 1985 graduate of Gulfport High School and I worked at Walmart No. 1088—Biloxi for 30 years as the Seasonal Team Lead. I attended Little Rock Baptist Church in Gulfport and was a member of Krewe of Party People Mardi Gras Club, which was founded by my grandmother, the late Mable Scarborough. I developed a love for shopping, home decorating, eating my favorite foods and of course,  cheering for the New Orleans Saints. I believed in loving my family and strived to always show my support for my grandchildren in anything they wanted to do.
I was preceded in death by my parents and my grandparents.
As I lived my final days, I was very thankful for my greatest blessing – my    family. The legacy I leave today are my three daughters, Shanta (Robert Harris) Joseph, Shannah (Montrell) Lee, and Shanea (Cory Fredrick) Joseph. You are now grown and I thank God that you are happy, strong and can stand on your own…"I Love You So Much". To my dear siblings, Keith (Jacqueline Martinez) Williams, Shell Joseph and Sharon Harges (Patrick) McCree, stay close, love one another, for I loved you with all my heart. To my grandchildren, Jason Joseph, Cameron Joseph, Tre'Vyon Joseph, Jaliyah Joseph, Cortlyn Fredrick "I love you all", and I expect great things from you." To my extended family, Ivan Williams, Jermaine Broach, Elisha Broach, Diann Hodges, Katrice Izevbigie and Janine Harges, "I love you." To my love, Charles Harris, I was blessed to have you in my life and for that I say, "Thank You". To my special aunt, Mary Joseph and my loving uncles, Winfred (Teresa Bacchus) Scarborough and Celistand (Christine) Joseph, I say, "Thank You for always loving me." To my dear friends, Tabitha Jones, Diccie Williams, Sandra Thompson and Bobby Lee Lewis, "Thank you so much for the memories." I leave this one command to nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and friends, keep my love in your heart, for I am gone to be with the Lord. To everyone who knew me, I've been booked with better plans.

Until we meet again
