Ann E. Carlock, 56, a resident of Pass Christian, passed away on September 30, 2020, in Mobile, Alabama. She grew up in Gulfport and graduated from Harrison Central High School. After high school, she attended The University of Southern Mississippi and received her Bachelor's degree.  She continued her education and received her Master's Degree from the University of Illinois-Chicago. Ann being an advocate for education and determined to reach her goals, she recently received her Ph.D. from Ashford University. Ann was a hard worker and committed to anything she was involved in.

She was a very fun-loving and dedicated person who always thought of others. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ulise Collins, Doris Kemp Collins, and a brother, Tony C. Kemp.

She will be sadly missed by her husband, Al Carlock; one son, Alton (Kristyan) Carlock, and one brother, Conrad (Hope) Collins. Because of her love for so many and her being loved by many, there are friends, family, and co-workers who will truly miss Ann as well.
