Mrs. Alvera Dianne Poole, 58, of Gulfport, Mississippi departed this life on Thursday, September 27, 2018. She was a lifelong Mississippi native and was reared in the Baptist faith. Mrs. Poole was known by many as being a very fun and loving person. She had an innate desire to care for others and put them before herself. Mrs. Poole was a beautiful person both inside and out and will be missed dearly be all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her father, Mr. JC Horne and three brothers, Rudolph Tyrone Jackson, Raymond Boddie and Dwight Boddie.

She leaves to cherish her loving memory, her spouse, Mr. Jessie Poole; her mother, Ms. Dorothy Boddie; her son, James Poole, a brother, Michael Bryant; two sisters, Sheila Boddie and Demetria Boddie; two special nephews, Trevor Johnson, Shawn Boddie and a host of extended family members and friends.
