Deacon AG Warren was born in Ocean Springs MS to Deacon Charlie Warren and Deaconess Eloise Warren. He was baptized at the Macedonia Baptist Church of Ocean Springs. After his family moved to Mississippi City he joined First Baptist Missionary Church of Handsboro under the leadership of E.L. Fox.
As a child AG attended Mississippi City Elementary school and went on to graduate high school in his later years. After graduating high school he went on to enlist in the Navy. After leaving the Navy he joined the army where he retired with the rank of Staff Sargant. Once discharged from the US Military AG worked for the US Naval home where he went on to retire. In any area AG was needed he would gladly serve with no hesitation. Everyone that knew AG knew that he loved the game of golf. Any opportunity he was afforded, he could be found on the golf course. He enjoyed the good wholesome competition of playing golf with close friends and associates. Although golf was important to him, nothing was more important to him than his family.
AG was married to the love of his life Joanne for sixty-six years and raised six children. He never let the opportunity to love on grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren slip past him. He will always be remembered as a loving role model to so many.
